Star Wars: Legion
A battle report generator built from your actual skirmish, not a list sheet
Most Legion battle reports never get written — the game ends, the table gets packed up,
and the photos of that clutch ambush sit in your camera roll. Debrief turns what you
already have — the photos you took and a couple of lines per round — into a finished,
readable dispatch in the time it takes to reroll a save.
Playing tonight? Keep score with the free Legion Scoreboard —
victory points, objectives and command cards — then turn the finished game into a report.
Why most reports never happen
Writing one up by hand means remembering what actually happened three hours after it
stopped mattering, picking through blurry table shots, and starting from a blank page.
Most players skip it — even after a skirmish worth remembering.
Where Debrief fits
List builders & command card apps
- Build and validate an army list within points
- Track command cards and objectives
- Leave the writing to you afterward
Debrief
- Starts after the game, from your own photos
- Writes the round-by-round narrative for you
- Adds spoken narration, music, and a shareable video
Debrief doesn't replace a list builder or a command-card reference — it picks up once
the dust settles and the game actually needs to become a story someone will read.
How it works
- 1
Log both sides. Players, factions, and commanders — Rebel, Empire, Republic, or Separatist.
- 2
Add a line or two per round. What happened, who it happened to — plain language, no rules-speak required.
- 3
Drop in your photos. Whatever you shot on your phone at the table.
- 4
File the dispatch. A written report, ready to narrate, export as video, or share by link.
Frequently asked
- Is this a Legion army list builder?
- No. Debrief doesn't build or validate army lists — it writes the narrative after the game is over, from the photos you took and the notes you log round by round.
- Does it work with any faction or points level?
- Yes. Debrief doesn't check points or command cards — you log factions, commanders, and what happened each round in plain language, so it works the same at any points level, for any of the four factions.
- Can it name specific units and commanders, like named characters?
- Yes — the notes you log per round can call out specific units and commanders by name, so a report about a named commander's duel or a squad holding an objective reads like it actually happened, not a generic summary.
- Is my battle report used to train AI models?
- No. Report text goes through Anthropic's API and narration audio through OpenAI's API, and both providers state that API inputs and outputs are not used to train their models by default. See the Privacy Policy for details and provider links.
- Do I have to pay to use it?
- No. Written reports are free. An optional Patreon pledge unlocks recorded narration, video export, and a higher monthly report allowance.
