Blood Bowl

A Blood Bowl match report generator that sounds like a broadcast, not a battle report

Most Blood Bowl matches never get written up — the teams go back in the box, the pitch gets folded, and the photos of that last-turn touchdown sit in your camera roll. Debrief turns what you already have — the photos you took and a couple of lines per half — into a finished match report with full sports-broadcast energy: drives, blitzes and the end zone, even when the players are orcs and elves.

Why most reports never happen

Writing one up by hand means remembering how the second half played out hours after the final whistle, picking through blurry table shots, and starting from a blank page. Most coaches skip it, even after a match worth remembering.

Where Debrief fits

Team builders & league trackers
  • Build teams and track league tables
  • Manage rosters, skills and advancement
  • Leave the writing to you afterward
Debrief
  • Starts after the match, from your own photos
  • Writes the half-by-half story in a sports-broadcast voice
  • Adds spoken narration, music, and a shareable video

Debrief doesn't replace your team builder or league tracker. It picks up once the final whistle blows and the match needs to become a story someone will read.

How it works

  1. 1

Log both sides. Coach names, teams, and match type — league, exhibition, Sevens, and more.

  2. 2

Add a line or two per half. What happened, and to whom — plain language, no rules-speak required.

  3. 3

Drop in your photos. Whatever you shot on your phone at the table.

  4. 4

File the dispatch. A written report, ready to narrate, export as video, or share by link.

Frequently asked

Is this a team builder or league manager?
No. Debrief doesn't build rosters or track leagues — it writes the narrative after the match is over, from the photos you took and the notes you log each half.
Does it work with any team, and with Sevens?
Yes. Debrief doesn't check rules — you log the teams and what happened each half in plain language, so it works for any team and for Sevens or Dungeon Bowl matches too.
Why does the report sound like a sports broadcast?
Blood Bowl is fantasy football, so Debrief writes Blood Bowl matches in that voice — play-by-play energy, drives and touchdowns — rather than in the grim tone it uses for war games.
Is there a digital pitch I can use at the table?
Yes. Debrief's Blood Bowl pitch is a free, full-scale digital pitch with dugout trackers and weather effects, made to be shown on a screen under your minis.
Is my battle report used to train AI models?
No. Report text goes through Anthropic's API and narration audio through OpenAI's API, and both providers state that API inputs and outputs are not used to train their models by default. See the Privacy Policy for details and provider links.
Do I have to pay to use it?
No. Written reports are free. An optional Patreon pledge unlocks recorded narration, video export, and a higher monthly report allowance.
